Sunset KC-135

A KC-135E Stratotanker aircraft of the 128th Air Refueling Group, Wisconsin National Guard, is silhouetted against the sunset during Open Gate '89. Open Gate is a Joint Chiefs of Staff/NATO exercise designed to simulate air and sea power tactics required to keep the Straits of Gibraltar open during a crisis.
