U.S. Air Force A1C Evan Hughes assigned to the 89th Aerial Port Squadron, Joint Base Andrews, Md., uses illuminated aircraft marshaling wands to guide SrA Bandon Muncy into proper position as he brings the K-loader towards the KC-135R Stratotanker assigned to the 128th Air Refueling Wing, Milwaukee, while waiting to offload medical equipment on the ramp of JBA Jan. 19, 2014.
