128 ARW announces new command chief master sergeant

MILWAUKEE -- Chief Master Sgt. Connie M. Bacik was announced as the new command chief master sergeant of the 128th Air Refueling Wing on April 15, 2014.

Bacik has been a member of the Wisconsin Air National Guard since 1990. While serving, Bacik has worked as an information management specialist, a production recruiter, the Wisconsin Air National Guard Recruiting and Retention superintendent, and as the Force Support Squadron superintendent for the 128 ARW.

As command chief master sergeant of the 128 ARW, Bacik will be the representative for the enlisted members here. She will also advise commanders on matters that affect the enlisted core and the overall mission.

Bacik will be replacing Chief Master Sgt. Joseph A. Parlato, who served as the command chief master sergeant of the 128 ARW since 2008.

A change of authority ceremony is scheduled to take place May 18, 2014.
