MILWAUKEE --  The 128th Air Refueling Wing hosted the annual holiday party for wing members and their families in an aircraft hangar here Dec. 6, 2014.

The 128 ARW holiday party is a wing tradition that is a time for fellow airmen and their families to gather and celebrate the holiday season together. Volunteers worked hard to transform the aircraft hangar into a winter wonderland with garland, candy canes, and a gleaming Christmas tree. Along with several family-friendly activities and a visit from Santa Claus and his elves, this year the committee added a new event.

The program hosted a "Game Show" in which each 128 ARW squadron nominated a team of four Airmen to represent the squadron in the game. The game included trivia, an estimating game, and teamwork activities. The game was a close competition between all the squadrons and, in the end, the 128th Operations Group won first place.

"I'm happy to know that the wing provided such a fun event where members and their families could connect with the unit," said Senior Airman Melissa Mussa, the Airman and Family Program assistant.

Distinguished guests that attended the 128 ARW holiday party include Maj. General Donald Dunbar and Brigadier Gen. Gary Ebben. The 128 ARW holiday party yet again brought smiles and laughs from the airmen and their families.
