Upgrade to New Power Grid Nears Completion

Workers from KS Energy remove one of the few remaining over-head power poles from the 128th Air Refueling Wing.  Once complete, the benefits of the electrical service upgrade will be a more-reliable power,  a better-looking base, and up-to-date electrical service.
