Operations Group Change of Command
Col. John Puttre (left) , 128th Vice-Commander, accepts the guideon from outgoing maintenace commander Col. John Locke Saturday, 5 February, 2011. Col. Locke's new assignment will as commander of the 128th Operations Group, taking over that position from Col. Michael Mayo (right). Col. Mayo is to be come the new Vice Commander for the 128th.
