Civic Dinner Dance: 2012
Civic Dinner Dance keynote speaker, Master Sgt. Phil Harkleroad, a finance specialist at the 128th Air Refueling, talks about his recent deployment to Afghanistan during the 32nd Annual Civic Dinner Dance, Thurs., May 17, 2012. Harkleroad, who originally deployed as a budget analyst, shifted to his duties and responsibilities to that of an engineering specialist overseeing team of Soldiers working on construction projects. A builder in this previous civilian career, Harkleroad’s construction expertise and experience was tapped by the Army unit he deployed with.
