On The Air: Milwaukee Armed Forces Week 2012
Coast Guard Capt. Matt Sibley, Commander, Coast Guard Sector Lake Michigan (center) replies to a question by CBS 58 News Anchor Mike Strehlow (left) during a taping of CBS 58’s “Eye to Eye” program Thursday, May 3, 2012. Sibley and Dr. Tom Buck (left), Milwaukee Armed Services Committee Co-Chairmen, were at the CBS studio to speak with Strehlow about “Milwaukee Armed Forces Week,” a week-long slate of events honoring the military. The goal of MAFW is to increase the public’s understanding about the role of the military in a democratic society. MAFW is also an opportunity to honor and acknowledge Milwaukee area people serving in the Armed Forces of the United States. U.S. Air Force photo by: 2nd Lt. Nathan T. Wallin
