Major John Braun, an F-15 Eagle pilot attached to the 94th Fighter Squadron, receives fuel from the Wisconsin Air National Guard's 128th Air Refueling Wing during a combat air patrol (CAP) mission July 1, 2005. The 94th "Hat in the Circle" patrolled the skies over the DC area providing Presidential support during the 4th of July weekend. Air Force CAP missions are in support of Operation Noble Eagle.
