CACs and USID Credentials (i.e., non CACs) are by appointment only during scheduled business hours. All individuals visiting the base will need to be vetted prior to appointment date; at least one week lead time is required to accomplish the vetting process.

Our business hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00 am - 2:00pm and select Fridays 8:00 am – 12:00pm. If calling during business hours we are usually working with customers, please leave your name, number, and reason for your call. We will return your call as soon as possible.

If using a mobile device for directions, use the following address: 2128 East Grange Avenue, Cudahy WI 53110. This will bring you to the Main Gate. You will need to STOP at the gate to be checked in. Once cleared by Security Forces, follow Grange Ave under the railway bridge, the road will curve to the left onto Tanker Ave. Follow the road to the second stop sign; this stop will indicate you do not need to stop if turning right onto Freedom Drive. Turn left onto Badger Ave and follow the road as it curves to the right. There are two designated parking spots on the right side of the road just outside the office entrance, the last door at end of building. The office is first door on your right, room 9.

Please Be Advised: All visitors will be required to provide their Full Name, Date of Birth, Status of their Driver’s License or State Issued ID, and status of your Military ID during the vetting process. Additionally, all vehicles and persons entering a Military Installation are subject to search. Please allow additional time prior to your scheduled appointment to process through the Main Gate and to locate our office.
