The Gyro Club presents the Lance Sijan Award, in honor of Milwaukee Medal of Honor Recipient, Air Force Capt. Lance Sijan, as were part of “Milwaukee Armed Forces Week,” a week-long slate of events honoring the military. Gustafson served in the Navy from 1938 to the end of World War II in the Pacific. Gyro Club hosts the Sijan Awards: Milwaukee Armed Forces Week 2012
